I have had a love
affair with makeup for as long as I can remember! From Bonne Bell roll
on lip gloss, frosted pink lipstick to cooling bronzing powder
and Black Satin nail polish, you name it, I have probably done it! With
almost 2 decades of makeup artistry experience, I wanted to take my
career to the next level in order to provide the most current,
comprehensive makeup to my clients.
That led to the mecca of all things fashion and film, Los Angeles, where I trained under an Internationally renowned Makeup Artist and now specialize in High Definition (HD) Media Airbrush Makeup. Having worked for Chanel, Estee Lauder, Clinique, Lancôme, Origins and being a licensed Esthetician, I have developed unique skills and techniques to create a high-quality, long lasting finish to your makeup. Through my vast training and experience of working with thousands of clients, I am completely comfortable working with all ages and on any ethnicity. I understand that attention to detail is crucial to ensuring you will look your best, whatever the occasion.
Specializing
in High Definition (HD) Media Airbrush Makeup, I guarantee that you
will have a flawless, natural, radiant glow, while still giving you
great, long lasting coverage. I love to educate my clients, especially
when it comes to makeup choices for your wedding day!
A lot of clients ask "Do you use Mineral Makeup?". Here's the deal.. As wonderful as mineral makeup is, it’s not suitable for everyone in every situation. For daily use or after some skin care treatments, it is fine. It is NOT appropriate, though, to use mineral makeup in any situation where photographs are an important part of the event. Its natural composition includes minerals with reflective properties, creating an almost pearly finish. When worn while taking a picture, the light from the camera and any surrounding light will reflect off those minerals, creating a bright and distinctly lighter face than any other body part. This makeup, while a great choice for daily wear, is simply not camera ready. That is why for professional shots, whether for Film, TV or Photography, Professional Makeup Artists use Airbrush Makeup. It is a professional product that gives a photo ready finish.
Whether you wear little or no makeup or if you love the glitz and glam, I will give you a look that you love and feel comfortable in! Outstanding service coupled with a quick response, is something I take great pride in and will, for certain, make it an experience to remember!
